We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our estimating team at Curve Group Holdings Ltd.
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for developing the team, ensuring quality control, and managing key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a high-performing estimating team.
- Ensure all estimates meet building regulations and company standards.
- Manage performance against AOP targets, lead-time management, estimator accuracy, and staff development.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year of senior-level estimating experience.
- Strong estimating background with excellent customer service skills.
- Proven leadership in developing and managing a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and architectural plans.
