Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Walter Lilly Careers in Ascot, Berkshire.

The Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a yearly discretionary performance bonus in December, car allowance, reasonable travel expenses, 26 days annual leave per annum increasing with service, Bank Holidays, two paid volunteering days per annum, private medical insurance, personal accident cover, pension scheme, high-quality training, continuous personal development opportunities, reimbursement of fees for one relevant professional body membership, and flexible and hybrid working patterns where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • To negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • To manage and maintain accurate records of commercial transactions, including contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • To provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • To identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
