About the Role:

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance at client premises Exxon Mobil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned maintenance of building engineering services to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to ensure clients' systems are not prejudiced and maintain continuity of operation.
  • Conduct tasks in accordance with Apleona Technical Services Quality Assurance Systems and be fully compliant with Health and Safety Protocols.
  • Operate the contract in a proactive manner to minimize difficulties with building environmental systems.
  • Ensure all communication channels are utilized to keep clients and the company informed of relevant information.
  • Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers to ensure efficient operation of plant/areas without disruption to clients.

Requirements:

  • Formal electrical qualifications.
  • BS7671 18th Edition.
  • Electrical CompEx Ex01R – Ex04R desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining pumps/motors/control systems.
  • Worked in the petroleum industry an advantage.
  • Full UK driving license.
