About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a 3rd Keyholder. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally, and delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets
  • Open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to customers

Requirements

  • Some high school education required
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Understanding of customer service
  • Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
