Job Title: Regional Business Growth Manager

Salary:£32,000 per annum + bonus and company car

About the Role:
As a Regional Business Growth Manager, you will join our high-performing account management team to focus on managing customer relationships and exceeding regional sales targets. Out on the road, you will manage your diary and produce business plans for your customers' portfolios while constantly seeking new opportunities. You will be responsible for regular account reviews and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your duties will include:
- Resolving client issues and negotiating deals while managing your portfolio of customers to ensure growth.
- Monitoring sales performance and activity levels, producing monthly reports detailing key result areas, and maintaining price files to advise customers of any price increases.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction as it drives customer care and anticipates their needs.

Requirements:
- An outgoing individual with a drive to succeed in sales and customer service.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, initiative, and motivation.
- Strong diary management skills and a full clean driving license.
- A proven career in sales/customer service with experience in a similar role.
