We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Inveraray, Scotland. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the substation project, including budgetary control, cost management, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost forecasting and procurement planning, conduct cost analysis to identify efficiencies, and implement cost-saving measures. Your expertise will also be essential in administering contracts, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction or power industries, and an in-depth understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures.
