Your Role

As an Apprenticeship Programme Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of our clients. You'll work closely with our team to design bespoke solutions that drive business results and improve learner outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver apprenticeship programmes that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new apprenticeship programmes and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified with experience in delivering Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development apprenticeships up to Level 7.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted and ESFA audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in using eportfolio systems to communicate with and monitor progress of learners on apprenticeship programmes.
  • An appropriate assessor qualification is desirable (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA).

  • Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
