Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a Physiotherapist Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Expertise
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using advanced clinical reasoning skills to determine diagnosis and prognosis.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, using evidence-based practice and taking into account patient-centered goals and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Leadership and Management
- Provide expert clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team, ensuring high standards of practice and patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the physiotherapy service strategy, working closely with the Physiotherapy Management Team.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care and communication.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
- Professional Development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practice in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the physiotherapy service's quality improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications
- BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist.
- Evidence of MSK-related CPD.
- Completed or working towards MSc or equivalent.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working at a Band 6 level in MSK outpatients.
- Management experience, including undertaking delegated departmental duties.
- Experience of quality issues and audit.
