Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Saint Paul's Catholic High School in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide a professional HR advisory service and operational support for the Trust, including being the first point of contact for staff and manager queries on HR matters.
  • To support the Strategic HR Officer as required and work as part of a wider Trust HR team to support activity as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [£45,000](#salary) per annum salary, with opportunities for progression and professional development.
  • The ability to use HR and education information systems.
  • Experience of working in HR in an educational setting.
  • Understanding of relevant policy, procedure, employment law and good practice in relation to HR in schools, along with the ability to assess implications and articulate risk.
