Job Description

Lusona LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our team in Glasgow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Contracts Group, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Produce high-quality documents, including O & M Manuals, Quality Dossiers, Drawings, Safety Signage, and other critical materials.
  • Utilize in-house databases to produce purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the Contracts Group.
