Residential Booking Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bookings and appointments to meet customer needs and optimize departmental capacity.
- Verify customer requirements and supply accurate, fully inclusive costing.
- Prioritize workshop hours to achieve maximum utilization.
- Generate accurate job cards, invoices, and related information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing courteous and efficient service.
- Welcome customers at reception, offering relevant services as needed.
- Inform customers of completion deadlines and extend as required.
- Certify customers on progress and additional work, obtaining authority to proceed.
- Identify opportunities for related product and service sales.
Requirements: Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in main dealers or quality independent garages, full driving license, and a supportive work environment with like-minded colleagues.
