Role Summary

This Renewals Administrator position plays a vital part in our Property Department, ensuring seamless communication and administration throughout the tenancy lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including Keysafe and employers/landlords, to ensure efficient processing of tenant references and invoicing.

Key Duties
  1. Full utilisation of Propco System for workflow management and communication.
  2. Liaison with external parties to confirm tenancy details and facilitate referencing processes.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
