Assistant Manager Opportunity at Seaham

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Seaham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail management experience
  • Excellent delegation skills to get the job done
  • Ability to build a routine and seek out opportunities to maximise sales
