Job Summary

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Group Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional janitorial services to our educational establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality janitorial services to ensure a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Collaborate with the Janitorial Team to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
• Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial services or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Working Conditions
