Project Controls Specialist

At EnergyJobLine, we're looking for a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain project schedules that support and align with project requirements.
Develop project schedules in conjunction with the project manager and project team.
Interact with and assist project managers to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, and identify developing problem areas.
Assist project managers to maintain timely and effective change management processes and procedures.
Assist the project team to develop status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.

Requirements

Professional Project Controls experience, specialising in Planning & Scheduling in one or more sectors across the whole Project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
Degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience.
Member of a relevant professional body, such as the Association for Project Management or Project Management Institute.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Open to a reasonable amount of travel subject to project and client location, along with working from home and office.
