Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Christchurch View in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen and staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our service users.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
