Crane Technician Job Overview

Our client, a leading provider in crane and lifting equipment solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane and Lifting Equipment Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialise in the Flying Squad and have the ability to travel UK wide.

About the Role

As a Crane Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of cranes and lifting equipment. You will work closely with the team to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition, and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular maintenance checks on cranes and lifting equipment
  2. Identify and repair any faults or defects
  3. Work with the team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored
  4. Travel UK wide to complete work on site

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in crane maintenance and repair
  • Experience working with a range of cranes and lifting equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at height and in challenging environments
