Job Purpose:
As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you'll play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with colleagues and our UK Sales Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll use your people skills to maximize sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories, while also carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support the store's monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
- Load the van and plan delivery routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation.
- Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure.
