SourceCo is seeking a Technical Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for configuring and testing desktop PCs, laptops, and tablets.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet PCs.
  • Asset tagging and recording customer-specific data.
  • Testing and fault finding.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork – working together to achieve set daily goals, ensuring the team is working efficiently and helping others where needed.
  • Train other members of staff to ensure quality is maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 70-697 Configuring Windows 10.
  • Knowledge of computer assembly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of Android/iOS mobile Operating Systems would be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £13.74 per hour.
