Support and Learning Coordinator

ABC Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to fill the role of Support and Learning Coordinator in our SEN School. Based in Redditch, this position offers a full-time opportunity to work with children aged 4-19 years old with various special educational needs.
Job OverviewThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a Support and Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to children on a one-to-one and small-group basis in a classroom setting, working closely with teachers and additional support staff.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience supporting students with autism, social, emotional, physical, and severe learning difficulties. Strong communication and behaviour management skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation during lessons.
- Support students with various special educational needs, including visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech, language, and communication difficulties.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
