Your Mission

As a Deal Negotiator and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with merchants to resolve onboard issues quickly and ensure they understand contractual terms. You will also provide ongoing support to merchants with day-to-day activities, helping our sales colleagues maintain a respectful relationship.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough onboarding for new merchants.
  • Support and guide merchants, resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage deal administration, including system updates for accurate customer information.
  • Investigate and review payment summaries.
  • Work with sales colleagues to ensure understanding of business profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Essential knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Customer service/administration background advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
  • Prioritization skills.
  • Show initiative, motivation, and focus.
  • Able to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
