About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance to ensure a safe and well-maintained outdoor environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Conduct day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and standard induction programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Full valid UK Driving License.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Experience working in a busy team environment and providing high-quality services.
  • Desirable: experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role.
