About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our care home properties across Nottingham, Doncaster, and Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and report on findings.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage property-related budgets and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinate with statutory bodies for inspections.
  • Respond to out-of-hours emergency situations and coordinate with contractors to resolve service failures.
  • Oversee refurbishment projects to ensure they are completed to high standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in the care sector.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, including fire safety and building regulations.
  • Previous experience with compliance audits and facility management inspections.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Budget management experience and a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
