Maintenance Assistant

Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Maintenance Assistant at Hilton Hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards, providing an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement company statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws.
  • Respond to all enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Carry out maintenance repair work, ensuring the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.
  • Maintain the green areas and car parks when applicable.
  • Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented to reduce our environmental impact.
  • Follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, particularly the storage of hazardous substances.

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, or painting and decorating.
  • Relevant qualifications for the role.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team.
