Job Title: Digital Engineering Lead - Fluid Systems

We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Lead to join our team in Brough, Warton, Samlesbury, or Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of digital engineering processes and technologies to support the Global Combat Air Programme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in leading digital transformation initiatives. They will be responsible for creating a target state vision for the capability area, innovating and delivering engineering processes and technology, and leading business change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital engineering processes and technologies
  • Create a target state vision for the capability area
  • Innovate and deliver engineering processes and technology
  • Lead business change and communicate with stakeholders
  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Strong background in engineering
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to analyse information and apply engineering judgement
  • Proven experience in an Engineering Discipline role
