We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 10-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a variety of educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with ASD.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
- Help students to engage with the curriculum in a way that suits their learning style.
- Encourage and support students' social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
