About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team at J.P. Boden & Co. Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Collaborate with our Senior Social Media Manager to create and execute social media plans that align with our brand's overall marketing objectives.
  2. Content Creation and Curation: Responsible for creating high-quality content for our social media channels, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  3. Community Engagement and Moderation: Engage with our audience, moderate comments, and grow our online community across all social media platforms.
  4. Competitor Research and Analysis: Conduct regular research to stay ahead of the competitive set and ensure our social media strategy remains effective.
  5. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with our content team to support content creation shoots, participate in idea generation sessions, and contribute to the development of our social media content calendar.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media, either within fashion or retail.
  2. Social Media Analytics: Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  3. Availability and Flexibility: Willingness to monitor social accounts outside of regular business hours (evenings/weekends).
  4. Creative and Innovative Approach: A creative and innovative approach to social media content creation.
  5. Quality and Attention to Detail: A desire to produce high-quality work and attention to detail.
