Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Shop Manager in leading, training, and working alongside our team to prepare fresh ingredients and produce sandwiches, baguettes, and other food products in line with our Company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, supervising the team and running the shop at various times during the week when the Manager is off.
- Ensure store schedules and objectives are met by employees, successfully managing and controlling all aspects of the shop.
- Assist the Shop Manager with training, leading, and developing the team.
- Assist with the management of branch stock and produce.
- Maintain shop displays.
- Preparation of food in line with the specification.
- Food and produce quality control.
- Maintain the highest level of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Opening or closing the shop when required.
- Running shifts at various times during the week and when the manager is on annual leave.
- Driving sales and minimising wastage.
- Competitive pay of £13 an hour to start.
- A working week of 39 hours.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.
- Free meal provided every shift and 50% off all other food.

- Holiday entitlement of 28 days including bank holidays.
