The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a PQ Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our graduate onboarding and professional qualifications activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the PQ offering and our position within it, ensuring all processes and knowledge are documented for business continuity purposes.
  • Booking training sessions and exams for trainees across the firm, liaising with the training provider and working with line managers and Business Partners to meet strategic needs and resourcing requirements.
  • Managing the professional qualifications tracker and ensuring timely and accurate exam communication.
  • Supporting apprenticeship Levy administration, ensuring registrations are up to date and leavers are processed correctly.
  • Adapting strategy as necessary and communicating changes effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
