About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced administrator to support project managers and other IT colleagues in delivering a wide range of IT projects. This will involve project organisation support, minute/note taking, compiling agendas, organising meetings, financial reconciliation, and the management of small projects.
The ideal candidate will have a degree and a minimum of two A levels in relevant subjects. They will be efficient in managing their workload in a timely manner, comfortable working with budgets, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel. Experience working in an IT environment and knowledge of project management methodologies are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers and IT colleagues in delivering IT projects
- Provide project organisation support, including minute/note taking and agenda compilation
- Organise meetings and manage small projects
- Reconcile financial transactions and manage budgets
- Work effectively with colleagues and supplier contacts to ensure project administration runs smoothly
