Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Dept Agency.

The successful candidate will lead the winning and delivery of profitable business by ensuring contracts with clients and suppliers are in place, protecting and optimizing business value.

This role involves managing and maintaining contractual relationships with clients and suppliers while procuring production facilities, actors, and influencers for creative campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with contracting policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in submitting bids and proposals, focusing on commercial and legal integrity, including client terms and conditions and pricing.
  • Identify commercial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report progress to the team.
  • Create and review agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) with a commercial focus while ensuring compliance.
  • Manage contracts daily, handle client liaison, and customer contract management, including renewals.
  • Resolve disputes and claims, achieving the best outcome for the company.
  • Advise sales and operations teams on commercial contracting aspects and IP-related topics for creative assignments.
  • Conduct reviews in collaboration with the global legal team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial or contract-oriented role.
  • Working knowledge of contracts and standard terms for professional services, creative, and IT agency services at a multinational level.
  • Sufficient legal understanding to handle common topics and collaborate with the global legal team efficiently (Bachelor's degree in UK contracts law minimum).
  • Well-organized, able to multitask, flexible, and available to work under tight deadlines.
