We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer to join our team at Understanding Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative software solutions that help consumers transition towards a sustainable future.

About the Role

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software applications using Java 17 and Java 19. You will work on microservices architecture, AWS, and Kubernetes, and have the opportunity to build frameworks from scratch and design new databases.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core Java, concurrency, and low latency, and will be able to work independently on projects. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK and will be part of a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities
