{"Job Title: Learning Support Administrator

At City of Portsmouth College, we are seeking an experienced Learning Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Learning Support team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our faculty, ensuring all processes are relevant, up-to-date, and communicated to relevant parties.

About the Role:

The Learning Support Administrator will be responsible for providing first point of contact for the Learning Support team, handling internal and external telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries, as well as administration queries. You will also support at student and cross-College events, acquire a working knowledge of the content of courses offered, and deal with enquiries quickly and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage a challenging and varied workload, strong organisational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You will also need to have a good standard of Maths and English.
