We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Medical Secretary to join our Vascular Team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the Vascular Department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to queries from staff, patients, and others in a professional and courteous manner, representing the Vascular Department.
  • Handle customer concerns, either by telephone or in person, to achieve immediate local resolution whenever possible, in accordance with the Trust's complaints procedure.
Requirements
  • Good general education, including GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above), or Functional Skills English and Maths Level 2.
  • NVQ Level 2 Admin and Clerical.

A competitive salary of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, pro rata, plus opportunities for career development and Agile Working.
