You are a key team member responsible for the management of artwork production for various collateral from brief to print. Based at our Birmingham office, you will work closely with the account team's customer and have primary responsibility for pre-qualifying customer briefs, asset collation, production planning, and briefing, review, approval, and dispatch of artwork assets while adhering to all production and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-production: You will review production briefs, technical briefs, and visuals provided by the Account Manager to evaluate production requirements and establish skillsets required, production time needed, resource availability, and dependencies.
  • CPA Management: You will be accountable for delivering artwork to the CPA as defined by the Account Manager, and inform them of any deviations with justifications.
  • Resource Management: You will plan resources required and log them on relevant systems, identifying where additional resources might be needed and securing them from appropriate teams.
  • Briefing: You will take briefs from online briefing systems, clarify points with the Account Manager, and ensure the brief is fully understood by nominated resources.
  • Quality Control & Approval: You will ensure adherence to Quality Control processes and undertake QC checks for every project. Third-party production is also subject to ITG internal QC checks, and it is your responsibility to ensure this happens.
  • Account Management Support: You will work closely with the Account Manager and wider team, providing consultancy support on process improvement and mentoring the team to embed best practice in briefing and CPA management.
  • Process Improvement & Capability Development: You will identify and implement continuous improvements to production processes and methods, ensuring production and QC processes are maintained and fit for purpose.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the location, job responsibilities, and required skills.
