Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach your team to become more commercially astute and flexible, identifying opportunities to develop and deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Actively contribute to the commercial strategy of Agriculture and the development of strategic plans, participating in idea generation of commercial offerings to Sugar Beet Growers.
  • Responsible for LimeX sales for you and your team to meet agreed targets, utilizing your knowledge of the wider Agricultural industry and ability to adapt your style.

Requirements

  • Leadership and management experience with a variety of stakeholders, including Growers and Industry Partners.
  • Strategic thinking and perspective, with the ability to model how working with growers will identify opportunities to develop and deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to take a solution-led approach to your work and live our values every day.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft's suite of tools and a full UK Driving License is essential.
