Job Title: Microsoft D365 F&SCM Retail/Commerce Functional Consultant

About the Role:

HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft D365 F&SCM Retail/Commerce Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP), you will be responsible for working with our clients to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborating with developers to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with developers to deliver solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in D365 Commerce/Retail to map store customer journeys and optimize the connectivity and flow of data between D365 and the D365 POS application.
  • Support POS journeys and interactions that include integrations to external systems, such as loyalty schemes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business process journeys and map them to D365 Commerce and Retail.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of D365 Commerce/Retail and its applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a D365 Functional Consultant with a strong background in D365 Commerce/Retail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
