Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Toad Hall Nursery Group. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working together with the rest of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Using your knowledge and experience to plan engaging activities and promote children's learning and development.
  • Building strong relationships with children and their parents, and communicating effectively with them.

Requirements:

  • Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities.
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
