Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across our network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers across our network, adhering to strict delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • Operate a company vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of mail and parcels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Requirements

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
