Labourer Role Overview

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced labourer to work on a residential site for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site preparation and maintenance - clearing debris, setting up and maintaining temporary structures, assisting with ground preparation
• Material handling - loading and unloading, transporting and organising materials

Requirements:

• CSCS card and right to work in the UK
• Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople

Working Conditions:

• Typically outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• May require early starts, long hours, and occasional weekend work

About the Role:

This is a physically demanding role that offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and work closely with skilled trades.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour (umbrella) or £11.85 per hour (PAYE direct)
• 8 hours work days
• 12 months contract
