Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to optimise their health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of post-operative cases.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of treatment, adhering to professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, with a high level of orthopaedic knowledge and experience working on an inpatient ward.
  • Understanding of both public and private healthcare services.
  • Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting a desire to develop as a practitioner.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, the general public, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Protected CPD time, access to local in-service training programs, and training events organised by the Nuffield Health Academy.
