We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Estimator to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced estimating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct take-offs for residential and commercial projects.
  • Maintain enquiry quotation registers per contract.
  • Prepare and manage estimating files.
  • Interface with suppliers and subcontractors regarding tenders.
  • Support colleagues and the accounts team during peak periods.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of building and construction.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
