About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Watches of Switzerland Group. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and gaps
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive behavior change
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

About You

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
