About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital. As a Radiology Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of radiologists, radiographers, and other support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of diagnostic imaging services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
