We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our expanding Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, with experience in implementing incremental and agile methodologies for delivering digital transformation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external clients to develop and deliver security-focused digital transformation. They will be responsible for collaborating with other DevOps specialists, Architects, and Product Owners to rapidly implement new services.

The candidate will have a deep understanding of the DevOps lifecycle and will be able to translate technical issues and customer requirements into software architecture and epics/stories. They will also have experience in deploying and configuring infrastructure, databases, and applications on Cloud platforms as operational services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement incremental and agile methodologies for delivering digital transformation
  • Collaborate with other DevOps specialists, Architects, and Product Owners to rapidly implement new services
  • Develop and deliver security-focused digital transformation
  • Deploy and configure infrastructure, databases, and applications on Cloud platforms as operational services
  • Translate technical issues and customer requirements into software architecture and epics/stories
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering role with terms of both DevOps and team/technical leadership responsibility
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills working with senior leadership and/or external customers
  • Proven expertise in NetIQ/EntraID solutions, building authentication solutions, and administering within cloud environments
  • Proven expertise in deploying and configuring infrastructure, databases, and applications on Cloud platforms as operational services
  • Automation of deployments and configuration using Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools
Desirable Qualifications
  • Minimum 2.1 Engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics degree
  • Higher degree such as MSc or Phd
  • Relevant certification with a specific Cloud Provider (e.g. Azure or AWS)
  • Relevant certification in an Agile Delivery or CI/CD methodology
