About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with IT service management tools and processes
