Psychology Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Psychology graduates to work in primary schools across the region, providing vital support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
As a primary school SEN support assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized educational plans, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
With a passion for supporting children's learning and development, you will help students with SEN to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation, adapting materials to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Developing and implementing individualized educational plans, working closely with teachers and other support staff to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Supporting students with SEN to develop their social and emotional skills, promoting self-confidence and self-esteem
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
