Head of Conceptualization

About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Conceptualization at Yolk Recruitment in Caerphilly, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week on-site). The salary range is £40,000 to £45,000 per annum plus an excellent company culture and benefits package.

This role involves leading product development from concept to launch, bringing creative ideas to life while managing every step of the process. Strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
