We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Procurement professional to support our Chief Procurement Officer in leading the design of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation.
The ideal candidate will have progressed rapidly within leading FTSE 100 organisations, ideally working within multiple businesses to understand best-in-class practices and bring them in-house.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a Third Party Risk Management Governance Review to identify data requirements for predicting and protecting against risk, as well as satisfying regulatory needs.
- Perform an End-to-End Process Review to integrate Third Party Risk Management with other processes, such as Buying Goods and Services, Contracting, and Finance Systems, for a holistic view of third parties.
- Lead the transformation program to design and implement targeted strategies for Third Party Risk Management.
- Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities across the program.
- Manage program governance, including project review and quality assurance, to ensure successful execution of goals and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members.
- Manage senior stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Legal Contracting.
- Experience in either Procurement Functions or Third Party Risk Management Programs.
- Prior roles in transformation, program, or management positions in sizeable transformation programs within global corporations.
- Experience in process improvement, user experience, continuous improvement, change management, operating model design, data analysis, and visualization.
- Degree, MBA, and MCIPS preferred, though not essential.
