About the Role

As a Therapies Pre-registration Education Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality education and training for pre-registration students across various disciplines. This includes working closely with clinical educators, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of education and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with Program Managers: Therapies Workforce to develop internal processes for managing North East London and NHS England directives related to therapies clinical placement.
  • Working with Therapy Management to operationalize services, meet KPIs, and develop business processes that conform to governance standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in an Allied Health Profession.
  • HCPC Professional Registration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead improvement and change autonomously.
